Try this: you need a bucket or a mug,some paper trashes (old newspapers, recyling papers etc), and some sand.

In the mug/bucket,put sand on the bottom (sand should be enough to control the fire), put trash papers in the bucket and light a fire. Before the smoke comes out strong, place it at the best accesible position of your balcony towards the bee comb and let it smoke out for a few minutes. Don't forget to close your balcony doors. or else....you know the rest lol
