hey dude its easy ...i just got mine three weeks back .
Alli did was take a copy of your valid original License along wiht the original go for your eye test ( there is one in lulu hypermarket ) where they will ask you to fill up a form .After that along with a copy of your valid ID go to any driving school ( i used Al khebra ) and pay QR 50 to the traffic department where they will issue you a date of the test . be there for the test on that day in the driving school by 5.30 am :( .
PAy QR 150 for renting theor bike .
Answer the regular Signal test that the poilce man will ask you . then do a serpent ,a circle without puttin your leg down and wala you have your driving license after you pay a QR 200 for issuance of a new Qatari driving license ..hehhehhe piece of cake .
