Dude ...please be specific on your requirments ...if you have agreed with your company to work for them ... you have initiated your RP process . During this time your Passport would be with your Company PRO ...so you cant leave just like that . Now if you have cleared your CID clearance that means a VISA is already tagged with your name on it . I would recomend that you compelte your proess and then leave .You need an exit permit after you extend your stay for more than 3 months if you have been sponsored . I aassume you have a work visit visa of 3 months .hope this is of help all the best .
