Without inside information from QF its impossible to determine - their salary bands may not be the same as those used elsewhere - as a "broad" indicator the range "could" be from 18k thru 26k. As far as the Masters in HR is concerned - unless the JD specifies the requirement for a second degree then it will be of little benefit - they are more likely to recruit on the besis of relevant experience rather than academic achievement UNLESS as I say the JD is specifically asking for a dedicated Masters.
