aunt polly our company i just new... When i came here  NO COMPANY PROCEDURES... NO RULES & REGULATIONS in other words NO SYSTEM AT ALL.... My Boss asked me to make those things but until now its not implemented since up to now our company still adjusting or whatever. Or maybe theres really something wrong with the management or maybe with my boss!

Evaluation??? My boss didnt know about that! He dont know how to evaluate & managed his own staff.
