For me it´s strange even if one can consider Qatar to be a ´"young" state in that matter...the Qataris are as I have seen well educated and aware of the world sorrounding them in a great way....and they are very quick in adapting other countries in many other ways.

To make myself clear....it`s absolutely not just Qataris who drives around like this......

....but It´s the Qataris who have the weapon to stop it!
