Ok me I have been offered the accomodation for the first couple of months (Not allowance but accomodation) then I will need to find sthg myself. I have been in West Bay and it is a nice area but as you said: You need to make sure that they deliver what they promise.

Try emailing them to ask about the minimum contract period; that way you can cancel or renew..... just thoughts..
