when i was young, i said i would get married the moment i land stable career after graduation... that time i didnt have anybody to marry.
then move on to the next level. i said i would get married when i get 25. my bf was so immature. he would want to get married also, we were of the same age. but i think it was really unlikely to happen because we are not emotionally ready yet. luckily, i got a job offer to work in qatar. i had to leave. it didnt work when we're together, how much more if we're apart.
got into relationship for 2 years here. had planned again but he had to go back due to work-related issues. he didnt wait for me.
now im 29, enjoying my life here. the idea of getting married sometimes occur to me, but i dont think of it that much anymore. no more planning next time. perhaps, il be dealing with that after a year or two... or otherwise, i might just cross the bridge when i get there
you see its not about the age, its not (all) about finances... it up the partners if they really want to spend the rest of their lives together.
