I think when you are looking at the average driver - men and women are about the same and I agree it comes down to experience. But I have to say - the aggressively dangerous drivers I see here in Doha are men. Just the other day while waiting at a round-a bout a guy jumped on the center median, squeezed between the car in front of me and the light post, entered the road on the other side of the median, avoided the cars that came at home because he was going the wrong way and proceeded to enter the round-about from there. I think it saved him all of two minutes. But I'm sure risking everyone else's life around him was worth that 2 minutes.
