you cannot do that while in qatar. the best thing you can do is to exit qatar with your visit visa then come back thru business visa. by the way, just to inform you, visit visa has an extension for maximum of 6 months while business visa has a maximum of 3 months extension. and there are lots of opportunity to apply a job if you are visit visa holder unlike in business visa.
