A Travel Agency tells me that the maximum they processed for a tourist visa is 63 years old.
There's seems to be an "unwritten" / "unofficial" limit for family visit visas to 60 years old.
I am trying to obtain Qatar tourist or family visit visa for my Mom (77 years old) and my Aunt (71 years old), for just 2 days. Many times they have both traveled the world extensively (USA, Europe & many countries in Asia). They want to visit as many places they can as long as they are healthy and they can still walk.
This limit on travel due to age is DOWNRIGHT DISCRIMINATION against the senior citizens of the world. The main reason my Mom want to visit Qatar is to see me and my family, and perhaps buy some souvenirs. Is that too much to ask?
