i m Also facing the same. i submitted three or four times my certificate and then they put the meeting with Captains after 3 months. and i faced the interview on 26th of november (Yesterday) and again they are asking for the degree certificate. i explained to them in many way that this is degree only. I dont know whether they understood or not. there should be a word saying "DEGREE" or b.com. ,B.sc etc... they dont know any other degrees which are having in the world. im still waiting.

Try to meet the captain directly and explain to him. Al the best.
