The Signal in question is the Gulf Cinema Signal going towards the Toyota Signal road coming from Muntaza.
The green light blinks for 3 times and yellow only once and then follows to red.
But there are some signal that has yellow blink twice or thrice also.
Can I appeal on the basis of that? There has to be a way out for a first timer 3000 is surely a big amount. I know my speed limit was less cause i had applied the breaks slightly during the pass. Now i think i should have oversped the chances were better. :(
