Not a problem. The stamp inside of the visa has zero relation to the updated data in the computer system. ALL agencies in Doha use the computer system data to check validity of a visa #. Visually inspecting the passport only informs the person viewing it if there is/was a visa and tells them which visa # to look up in the computer system.

So if they examine the cancelled visa #, it will show as invalid, and you should quickly explain there is a VALID visit visa stamp elsewhere (or they are obligated to call the police if the cancellation is very expired, if not OLD then they assume you will pay the 200QR/day fee). So be certain to explain the basics (say too much info = bad) if they start examining the old visa.
