Don't know about that KL but my husband just went there a 2 weeks ago and that is what he has been told by HR and his mentor! He needs to find two places to rent one for his mother and one for me. And the cheapest he could find for his mom was 12kQr which she needs! And 9kQr for me as I don't mind going basic for a bit.
