Yes we know this happens everywhere, from upperclass society to the lower slums of any city, but the point is we shouldn't come to the point where its suddenly accepted as a social norm. Just because it happens everywhere doesnt make it right. Otherwise I might as well start a petition requesting everyone start stealing cars to the extent where it becomes normal and no one will do anything to object. We can't turn a blind eye to this sort of behaviour otherwise we become no better than the irrisponsible parents who brought them up in such a way.
