Heres one for ya - just a few days ago received a note that my landlord wants to raise the price now of a commercial property I have 100% - a complete double. And we already pay a healthy rent.
A complete money grab. What can you say to somebody so foolish and greed-stricken? Lost total faith and confidence in the poor guy. Will post details later on the result of this.
