New to Doha, and thought I'd say Hi! I just ordered these from Amazon (copy n paste):
2 Seagate 1TB Barracuda Sata 7200 Rpm 32MB Cache (RAID 0)
1 CORSAIR 750w TX Series 80 Plus Certified Power
2 EVGA e-GeForce GTX260 896MB (SLI)
1 Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz 8M L3 Cache
1 CorsairXMS3 6 GB 3 x 2 GB PC3-1066 1333MHz DDR3
1 Gigabyte GA-EX58-EXTREME Motherboard
Have some other misc stuff to get, mainly the case. I went into Tornado (thanks pcgeek), but they seem quite expensive. They quoted me a bit over 1500 QAR for the Gigabyte Mercury. Can anyone comment on this case (water cooling)? Good, bad?
I looked at ordering a case online, but due to the weight and shipping, it might just be more convenient buying the mercury from tornado (although ordering online, I'd be offered with a much bigger selection). Any advice? As anyone ever ordered a case online then shipped via aramex? Think I'm better off just buying the mercury from tornado? Thanks for any input!
