The problem with Mr. Director is that he shouldn't have made such statement that Karwa is able to meet the demands of the customers cause it really can't at the moment. He could have said that they're trying their best to meet the demands of clients and stop at that. He should be more careful on what he says to the press unless he wants to be criticized for his statements and for his statement to backfire on him.
