i really doubt the validity of this statement, and find it hard to believe that everybody condemns and only me defends...basing from what im reading above.

anyway...if that is the case, so be it.

well that is because, in the so called democratic process, anyone though taunted as criminal still have the rights for due process... and presumptions like what you had said are (correct me if i'm wrong) not mentioned anywhere in the news... i doubt if those statements of presumming will be accepted as valid in any court rooms, much more islamic courts.

and somebody has to make a stand based on what he believes... either right or wrong... it's their call.

This discussions can go on and on as long as anybody wants to, but either way, everybody can only muster to express opinions and can never force anybody to take the face value of that on their free wills.
