UAE has much better roads, services, shopping options and prices, infrastructure. It is greener (literally as in less dirt and sand and gravel and more parks and landscape). UAE is also cleaner.
Furthermore, Abu Dhabi [much nicer than Dubai IMHO] is much more fmily oriented than Single-Men dominated Doha. In Abu Dhabi you walk on their incredibly clean and beautiful Corniche and you see lots and lots of families. Doha has lots and lots of men!
Schools are disasterous here with bad facilities, education and long waiting lists not to mention very high fees.
