Yesterday 10 seconds exactly before the pouring rain, I was in the car parked in front of Subway, ready to go out and get myself, sister and mum sandwiches. But all in a sudden, rain drops couldn't wait to reach the ground. Each drop racing on touching the ground first. My mum was like "No way you're going out in this mess, I was like "You kidding me" and opened the door and flew to the restaurant's door. When I got to the door, it said "Pull" instead I "pushed, just to waste time under the shower. But too bad, Subway had a swinging door, in both cases it opens :( So I found myself inside already. :)
When I got it, I started watching the rain drops from behind the glass. I was only watching the ground, it looked beautiful, those drops touching the ground. I then smiled, and kept on smiling. I remember the last time it down poured, was around 9 years ago. It reminded of good childhood memories in Doha.
