i tried najat at cloud 9. not impressed at all. she seemed "out of it" and my honey blond hi-lites turned ginger-orangey at the top. she didn't offer to fix them after i complained and i ended up paying and leaving so angry!! i was told to try the sheraton and didn't have good luck with them either. they made the orange fade a little, but then it faded down the hair a lot more, so that i had a washed-out orange look. i looked goofy for weeks until i finaly bought hair dye off of the shelf in the market and applied it.
a few weeks ago i tried the british hair salon "hair studio" in riviera gardens" and was also severly un-impressed..i waited forever for my appointment- they were at least 30min late getting to me and then rushed thru my appoint..(i guess to make up for time?) barely talked to me or consulted on my hair. when i got home, my husband re-marked on my choppy hair cut. (he never does that unless he thinks it's pretty bad.)
