I agree with those who say they both go hand in hand. I believe one reason for education was to prepare us for the experience that we will undertake after school/uni. kinda like handing a guy a user's manual before assembling a product, say, a chair. But no one should look down on people who didn't have a proper education (due to a lot of reasons, one being poverty) for just as it is with the guy using the manual to assemble a chair, some have already assembled the chair without using the manual. experience came first. and some happened to be good at it.
but i still think it best to have (if possible) both: a Qualified(since qualified here would mean 'educated'), Experienced worker;) and one with a good attitude of course:)
