a dog park where people could take their dogs for walks and let them play in a GRASSED, fenced area. The park at Aspire used to allow that but they kept cutting the available hours down until now they won't allow dogs at all. Now when you take your dog for a walk, you get people screaming, barking, meowing and yelling obscene things at you...all while walking on a lovely heated sidewalk.
