the reason you are getting tired is that you aren't eating enough calories for your body to function. Also its not a balanced diet. You need vegetables, protein, fruits, carbs and one serving of fat per day.

Do you realize that by eating what you say you are eating per day, that you are only taking in around 500 calories, MAXIMUM???!!! Your body requires at least 2,000 calories per day to run. You are basically starving yourself to death, honey.

Also, anorexics DO eat...just not much and almost exactly like you are eating. Please be careful as anorexia isn't something to mess around with. It can cause all kinds of health problems, hair loss, loss of menstrual cycle, dry skin, cardiac arrythmia(can lead to cardiac arrest if not treated). Do not go with the "eat when you are hungry" theory because you aren't hungry...that's part of the condition. You will have to force yourself to eat, but do it in small increments...get used to eating again. Just be aware that it might make you a bit nauseous at first because your body isn't used to the food.

Do go to the doctor tho...rule out any biological reason for your odd eating habits.

If you pick up a starving dog and make him prosperous, he will not bite you; that is the main difference between a dog and man.
