Well I cannot advise you to yell back at him because he might be nuts and kill you on the spot. But the law IS impartial. Now even with household staff (the real vulnerable ones) we cannot do anything unjust to them. You hear such stories because everyone thinks he has a right and rarely will you find anyone admitting to be guilty.
