I see no harm in finding answers to tit bits . after all I guess thats what QL is all about. Macro items can be answered by my agents.

I always believe that tit bits are what counts really.
Let me suggest to you that if you do not feel like answering a particular question just don't bother.

All the policing in QL will be done by the MOD.
