I would like to point out that Vinegar will give relieve for cramps which are unpleasant and sometimes painful sensations caused by contraction or shortening or skeletal muscle fibers. But it would not help muscle sprains/strains resulted from injuries such as in sports. For these type of injuries we recommend a procedure called R.I.C.E ( Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation respectively). Moreover, you always have to go after the cause of the problem and not just try to cover the symptoms
