Usually when i have put a complaint to Qtel, i haven't recieved replies from them in a period of 48 hours only after which i escalate issue to senior Qtel employees or ictQatar. The issue gets solved so fast once this is done.
Wonder how come they get all this standard awards for things, when their functional departments are so bad in providing the support for the services they offer.
