I don't care about Doctor's fame and his/her skills and knowledge if he/she doesn't care about his/her patients.. If she has a good name in the city (as I am told by some people) and she is earning good as well (I guess), Can't she devise any system for her patients? Can't she increase the number of waiting rooms?
I am planning to complaint in Health Ministry so that they come and see the environment how the patients are being treated.... I have no problem with high or cheap consultation fee but discrimination is not bearable...... U can go to any private clinic including Doha Clinic or Emadi Hospital... There is only one fix fee, thats it... and they have separate deptt for emergencies where appointment is not needed........ Well if she has no emergency deptt or room, no problem, she can see them while others are waiting for their turn... but if someone come and pay QR200 instead of QR125, that patient will be given precedence, no one can spare it....
Now the question is this that why people are still going to her because maybe she is charging less than market, she is good in her treatment or diagnosing, people do not have courage to complaint about her on proper platform, or maybe there is a difficult process of lodging complaint but if you don't treat your patients well outside of your room, I will say it, blackmailing......
But I am not one of them.... I will go in Health Ministry.... I have no problem with her personally... I neva met her...... I have only concerns about the environment of her clinic. This is what I will state in my complaint as well..... Insha Allah.....
