Costly mistake. But in my opinion the papers were improperly served. They should have been served on the Advocates offices not the company's. Not sure about the laws in the U.S but in my country an application to set aside the judgment could be granted on this ground.

PepsiCo's CEO is a woman if Im not mistaken. Fingers crossed she's not hounded for this.
