First : According to Qatar labor law, the nominal working hours are 8hrs/day. This means that the extra 3 hrs ( 11hrs-8hrs) MUST be charged as overtime.

Second : Excluding all allowances especially Housing Allowance (which is the most critical), a monthly salary of of 7000-8000 QR will be acceptable for a fresh graduate.
