This is my first time in the Middle East; I had been working for more than 5 years in Africa, therefore not previous sponsorship release needed. I totally agree with the dress code and impression that you might cause in other, that’s why I dressed very well for the tech interview.
During the HR interview, we spoke about the reason that I wanted to come over to work in Qatar, why I applied to corporate training instead on projects. Then we focus on the salary package, my conditions and salary range should be in the same level than people working with me (G-13) and so on.
I was completely clear about the job task and requirement, there were no doubts at all, because they explained very well and also it was very detailed on the job description. But I had several questions to HR department and he clarifies almost everything.
