Hey Kiing... I think you r on wrong window .. you are in network and shares(Generally icon appears on your desktop itself)... which will show you the shared computers or files in your network.. wer as you need to be in network connections window in control panel.
=>Go to control panel: Start->Control panel
=>if you see few options then click on switch to classic view to expand all the options and then click on network connections .... and then follow the steps....if you get stuck some wer let me know.... hope this will help.
