i also brought my wife here just last july and as per my experience here are the requirements:

1. NOC from your sponsor, stating your salary
2. CR no. copy of your sponsor
3. copy of your contract with stamp from ministry of labor.
4. filled-up application form in arabic. . can be downloaded in ministry of interior website.
5. DFA authenticated marriage certificate with red ribbon.
6. house rental contract.(depends on the immigration officer, if they denied you, try again the next day.)

you can ask your company for help, in my case i ask our admin for help and they provided items 1-4.
