hi guys, but how do we know if a work visa is being rejected or disapproved by the immigration. i used to work with Qatar civil defence before (2005) and had resigned amicably with all clearances obtained from the relevant agencies. i've not worked in qatar since 2006. what would be other factors that might have caused this delay or even disapproved? could it be my wife's and daughter's enter visas delaying my working visa approval?
as i scroll through some of the forum subject on visas, i noticed some said that the working visas would usually take a few working days and at the most will be 2 weeks. but mine has been almost a month! so, from experience, what is the norm?
btw, early this year a company in Qatar had provided me with a business visa (one month), which by now had been cancelled and NOC had been given to the new employer. so, with the business visa already approved earlier, will this not necessarily mean my working visa should be a breeze?
