Yes Danzelle is right. If the car is more than two years old and you want original parts, you have to pay the percentage they are asking but if you agree for the duplicate parts (not from the the same company like Mitsubishi, or Nissan), then they will not cost you anything. Just check again with the garrage. Hope they will agree with this.
