There definitely arent nearly as many women as men working, or living for that matter in Qatar; however you could probably find something to do.
As far as marketing is concerned, I havent seen anything marketed here aside from the World Cup bid and the Asian Cup, so there is definitely a deficiency in the way businesses are trying to attract customers. I dont know if you want to be the trailblazer to try and change this, but maybe you could sell someone on it.
QAWS is always welcoming volunteers and walking the dogs is a fun way to get some exercise. Also, the people that run the place are really nice.
