I think that such adds are part of Google adsense, take this girls case its for arab dating , and there are some other also like Arab match making, etc.What i have noticed is that these sites are only free for register but not for exploring, like badoo ,zoosk etc.So in result users don't use them any more and after some days the admin of such sites send fake messages like " You have 5 messages from Doha Girl's".If you try to click the messages definitely they will ask you to convert your free membership with premium membership to view the messages, lol, you know that you haven't approached to any girl in that site because the site is not free as i said, so you just give the S..t!
About this add, sometime they use country A , sometimes B and faces also changes regularly.
Finally the purpose of these site is to loot the users by showing them fake charm.
