i told ya it depends on the governance of the authorities and how they address the issues pretaining to the tribes......... most of the tribes are herdsmen and village people who have no say or even interest in other affairs other than their own....so if conflicts may arrise it will be limited to utilities and land only..... hopefully they wont fight against each other.... the key is smart governance....... but i believe also tht the new government wud need assistance when it comes to handling the other conflicts such as the foreign and proxy wars of chadian groups and also the LRA....
