hello guys, may kasamahan ako n nrecib n nya yng credentialing form, the instruction quite confusing. Sabi sa isang guidelines after completing the form such as form for the university, form for the lincensing is to be sent directly to HAMAD, the other one guidelines coming from the agency, instruct to be sent directly to the agency with sealed/stamped envelope. which is which?Only clear, The agreement form should be directly to credentialing department, Only form for the university and lincensing form is quite confusing. ANyone have an idea?thanks
