don't mind those scumbags their priotity # 1 is to act like smart as*es rather than helping others and I seriously blame the moderaors on that one.

You just go the Traffic station at madinat Khalifa with the buyer and then they make the buyer fill out a form and get it typed in a close by ( walking distance ) office, and then the whole operation will take 15 minutes to sell it.
