no u dont need a noc because u have a gcc rp as manager.its sure.my freind came back last week,he work in dubai now as electrical engineer.he came last wednesday...then he left to europe for 3 days then he back to qatar...so he get 2 business visa to doha on the airport within almost 7 days.
