Respect is one thing. Not allowing other to express his opinion is another.
If a participant says he does not believe in god, then let’s debate rationally his point of view, not attacking him personally as that is not respecting.
My point is, we have no limits in debates and all ideas can be discussed and all point of views can be challenged with respect! As in eastern cultures, or should I correct in certain cultures where religion plays a prime role, challenging that religion is a total No No.
In the west we challenge our own religions and we debate it with open minds. That’s something impossible in certain religions/cultures.
