Depends on what you do. If you're a neurosurgeon, the offer is terrible. If you are a professor, the offer is poor but not quite terrible--depends on the university.

Basic salary: Should be 130% of what you make now (at least).

School allowance: Totally inadequate. That is less than one term's fees. Western professional should expect full school fees or the cash equivalent.

Accomodation allowance: If this includes utilities, then its inadequate for a quality villa. Reasonably high-standard villas will run 17,000 plus utilities. If it is less, then the maintenance, management, etc. will be awful.

Transportaion: This will cover all of your fuel costs, and a little bit extra. Putting children in a car you can purchase on 800 a month criminal IMHO.

Annual airfare: You should expect business class or the cash equivalent.

Medical insurance: This is OK.

In short, the offer is not up to standard, and within about two days you'll learn how much less than you are getting than other people in the same position. The time to negotiate is BEFORE you arrive.
