Cheers, Mike.  Having lived in several countries (including the US) I can safely say the Qtel is the worst service provider I have ever experienced.  It's also amongst the most expensive.  I'm sure there are probably worse out there, but I have (fortunately) not visited those countries.

The fastest way to fix this problem is to open up the market and create real competition.
