Yes, AD, and because they believe their classmate or neighbor dresses in a provocative way some boys think they have a right to take advantage.  And, unfortunately, so police agree.

The point of these protests is to make a point and draw attention to their cause, and they've been successful.  We're all talking about it.  I'd rather they do this than throw rocks, burn flags, and chant racist, violent slogans.
