Drivers being late should be fired because he can't come on time (simple time management). As long as he comes on time he doesnt have to worry bout his passenger being late. Passengers should adjust their watches & not worry about bullying as long as he comes on time. Driving fast and sometimes recklessly is never an answer. The control is always with the drivers. 

Reality Check the driver is always in command while he's driving same as any other transporation big or small..right? The responsibility is in their hand and not with the passengers...
