sikandar--it really depends on the kind of question as to whether it belongs on the forum or Q&A.  If it is straightforward question requesting specific information or a specific answer, then I agree it belongs in Q&A.  However, if the question is more philosophical or requires an explanation that is open to debate, then the forum is the best place.

I will provide some illustrative examples (please note these are for illustrative purposes only; I am in no way endorsing the contents of the questions themselves):

1. Is sikandar a moron?

In this case, a simple yes or no will suffice, and as it is factual the answer will be obvious to those in the know, who can provide it to the poster.  Clearly belongs in Q&A.

2. Where was sikandar being moron today?

Again, this is a request for factual, rather than interpretive information.  A respondent can provide a specific geographical location and time.  Clearly another Q&A post.

3.  Why was sikandar being a moron today?

The answer to this question is entirely debatable.  QLers can weigh in with various theories based on job conditions, ages, ethnicity, education, nationality, religion, politics, why the West is bad, how this relates to wearing veils, why Qtel is at fault, and even weather conditions.  They can then accuse each other of all sorts of things and conclude the discussion by agreeing that everyone else is wrong, Qtel's service is indeed terrible, and that they will have the same debate again tomorrow on another thread.  Clearly this question belongs on the forum.

Hope that helps.  Have a great day!
